Philip H. Levy, PhD, possesses 40 years of experience in building and maintaining high-performing, successful organizations. As founder and President of the PHL HP Consulting Group, Inc., Dr. Philip H. Levy provides leadership and management development services to organizations in the fundraising, human services, sales, and technology sectors.
Dr. Philip H. Levy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy in 1972 from Brooklyn College, City University of New York, graduating cum laude. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy from New York University in 1982.
At the PHL HP Consulting Group, Inc., Dr. Philip H. Levy helps organizations achieve success by building and sustaining high-performing management and leadership teams. He engages employees in conflict resolution, corporate culture enhancement, executive coaching, and leadership development, providing both group and one-on-one management training to help leaders and managers achieve optimum productivity and output levels. In addition to his role at the PHL HP Consulting Group, Dr. Levy also serves as Managing Director of C2C, a network comprised of senior-level management executives, as well as Chief Strategic Advisor for Mind Over Mist, an online psychotherapeutic referral service. Prior to establishing the PHL HP Consulting Group, Dr. Philip H. Levy played an integral role in an organization that helped to improve the lives of individuals diagnosed with disabilities and to establish their roles as productive members of society.
In recognition of his work, Dr. Philip H. Levy received numerous awards, including Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Metropolitan New York area in 2007; Crain’s Best Places to Work in New York City in 2008; and the American Psychological Association’s National Psychologically Healthy Workplace of the Year Award in 2007.
Beyond his professional obligations, Dr. Philip H. Levy participates in the Executives on Campus Mentoring Program for Baruch College’s School of Public Affairs. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, hiking, and listening to music.
